Maintenance After InstallationVacuuming: 4 times a week. Vacuuming is the most important element of the cleaning regimen, removing dry soil which accounts for 85% of all soil.
Low Moisture Encapsulation: an agent such as R2Xtra is mechanically agitated into carpet and removed with vacuum. This can be performed as an intermediate cleaning step between hot water extractions. Hot Water Extraction: 2 times a year. This process is effective at removing the oily soil materials which account for the other 15% of soil not removed with vacuuming.
